Our Summer Tours
Taking KCLSO Abroad
Not only does KCLSO perform in our home city of London, but we also represent our university and the best of university student music-making abroad on our international tours each year. Past destinations include Spain, France, Germany and Italy, where we have been met with great hospitality, enthusiasm (and standing ovations). Our most recent tour to Belgium was a great success with our Assistant Conductor Ed Gertler, and we are looking forward to our next summer adventure!

Belgium Tour 2026
In June, we took our orchestra to Belgium, where we performed two indoor concerts and one open-air concert under the theme "A Night at the Ballet," featuring Bizet's Carmen Suite, Tchaikovsky's Sleeping Beauty Suite, and Khachaturian's Spartacus Suite No. 2. Along the way, we explored Brussels, Antwerp, Ghent, Soignies, and Bruges — sharing our music while discovering these beautiful cities. It was an unforgettable experience, and a true reminder of the community this orchestra brings together.
