We are delighted to have Daniel Hogan as our conductor for KCLSO 2026-27. Over the past three years, he has continuously elevated our orchestra to new heights of musicianship. His 2025/26 season includes conducting the London Symphony Orchestra as a finalist in the Donatella Flick Conducting Competition, a feature in Sky Arts' documentary Making a Maestro, and guest appearances at the St. Endellion Easter Festival Orchestra and the University of London Symphony Orchestra. Daniel holds a Professional Diploma in Orchestral Conducting (Distinction) from the Royal Academy of Music, studying with Sian Edwards, and a Master's in Orchestral Conducting (First Class) from the Royal College of Music. He has studied at the Järvi Conducting Academy and received tuition from well-known conductors including Sir Mark Elder, Sakari Oramo, and Sir Antonio Pappano. Daniel brings youthfulness and passion to his work, and we are so grateful to have him share his music with us.
